A hand drawn logo was the obvious choice for Gruff House, an artist-made toy site and store. For the layout we went with a floating-box variation with energetic colours and a little retro feel.

Complete WordPress integration brings all the usual benefits. Worth noting are the artist profile pages that can be updated by the artist and include their latest blog posts and a dynamically generated link to their work in the Gruff House store.

High-level Big Cartel modification seamlessly blends the shop with the rest of the site. Our work on the interaction between Big Cartel and WordPress provides a dynamic “latest products” showcase on the home page, artist profile links from product pages and vice versa.

This is a great example of how we can bring WordPress and Big Cartel design together to create something cohesive and unique.
